		<description>depends on what your physical state is already, If you are brand new to weights then you don&#039;t want to go to big too quickly as you will not be able to do the exercises with correct form and you won&#039;t get a lot of reps. Good form and high reps, works better than an hour on the treadmill!!!</description>
