		<description>If you try and focus on what you want, like if you want to loss weight, then you would loss weight because you wanted to, but if you are not determined in doing it there is no point at all.. 
A person who is suffering from obesity just need the determination to set his/her habits from eat a lot all day to eating less a day and with a good exercise to keep the fats away ..</description>

		<description>I set more than one goal. My weight loss and my labs. I have successfully reached them both and strive (and struggle) to keep them at their current levels. 

I see nothing wrong with setting goals. It is like you say in your other post; It is good for getting a little internal competition going!</description>
