		<description>Absolutely. White foods are horrible for you. I am so mad at this point that the food pyramid has lead us to believe that we should have been consuming so many grain based foods for so long. WHOLE grains are best but even they are more caloric than veggies and fruits. The pyramid needs to be modified with veggies and fruits being the MOST consumed foods and something needs to be done to food companies to make them leave the food alone. Additives like stupid hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup are going to be the end of us. Even salad dressings have both so eating a salad can set you back. It seems like there is no winning.</description>
